Gobi Paratha Recipe / Cauliflower Parartha

Gobi paratha is a tasty dish which you can prepare for breakfast ,lunch or dinner or for packing in the lunch box too .

*Finely grate the cauliflower .
*Once cooked lightly mash the filling, which will help to roll out parathas easily.
*I have used chilly powder in the recipe the recipe.Adjust green chillies and chilly powder according  
  to taste.
* Make the dough half an hour before and keep aside.

Ingredients

For Dough


  •   Wheat Flour       _  1 cup
  •   Water and salt    _  as needed

For Filling



  • Cauliflower _ 1 cup(grated)
  • Green Chilly _ 2
  • Ginger Garlic(crushed)  _ 1/2tsp
  • Garam Masala _  1 tsp
  • Amchur Powder/Dry mango powder  _ 1/4 tsp
  • Chilly powder _ 1/4 tsp
  • Coriander leaves(chopped) _ 1/2 tbsp
  • Salt _ as needed
  • Oil /ghee_ as needed



For Dough

1. Make dough mixing flour with salt and water .          


 2.Keep the dough aside.






For Filling

1.First grate cauliflower and keep aside.
2.In a kadai heat oil add jeera ,ginger garlic and green chilly .


3.The add cauliflower with salt and cook .


4.Now add garam masala,amchur powder, chilly powder.Cook for a minute or 2 and coriander leaves .Mix well .Let the filling cool down.



5.Make equal balls out of the dough.




6.Roll the paratha .Keep the filling in the centre .



7.Now cover the filling and roll the dough again .Cook both side sizzling ghee or oil.


8.Serve hot with Rita and pickle.
