Gobi paratha is a tasty dish which you can prepare for breakfast ,lunch or dinner or for packing in the lunch box too .
*Finely grate the cauliflower .
*Once cooked lightly mash the filling, which will help to roll out parathas easily.
*I have used chilly powder in the recipe the recipe.Adjust green chillies and chilly powder according
to taste.
* Make the dough half an hour before and keep aside.

- Wheat Flour _ 1 cup
- Water and salt _ as needed
For Filling
- Cauliflower _ 1 cup(grated)
- Green Chilly _ 2
- Ginger Garlic(crushed) _ 1/2tsp
- Garam Masala _ 1 tsp
- Amchur Powder/Dry mango powder _ 1/4 tsp
- Chilly powder _ 1/4 tsp
- Coriander leaves(chopped) _ 1/2 tbsp
- Salt _ as needed
- Oil /ghee_ as needed
For Dough
1. Make dough mixing flour with salt and water .

1.First grate cauliflower and keep aside.
2.In a kadai heat oil add jeera ,ginger garlic and green chilly .
5.Make equal balls out of the dough.
6.Roll the paratha .Keep the filling in the centre .
7.Now cover the filling and roll the dough again .Cook both side sizzling ghee or oil.
8.Serve hot with Rita and pickle.
