Masala Dosa Recipe

Happiness is having hot hot dosas, prepared by mom that too sitting on kitchen slab .....
This is my mom's recipe, now I 'm on vacation at my home town so asked her to prepare masala dosa tonight.(😋 getting pampered at mom's place),
Masala dosa is perfect one for weekend brunch too. Once the potatoes are boiled filling can be prepared in no time. I use to make masla dosa once in a blue moon ...I have decided to include this in menu quite often.

*You can use regular dosa batter for masala dosa.
*Do not fry onions till it turns complete golden brown. It should be light brown or pinkish in colour.
*Make thin dosa and spread to make big dosas.
*Do not add more water while adding potatoes with onion ,just sprinkle a little bit so that the filling gets mixed well.
*Filling should not become dry too.
