Phudina Puri Recipe / Mint Puri Recipe

I like to have some thing exotic for breakfast on weekends and holidays .As today it was a holiday thought of preparing this aromatic and super tasty phudina puris.





Prepration Time: 6 _8 mins.   
Cooking time : 15 mins.
Serves : 3 .


Ingredients




Wheat Flour                  _ 1 cup
Phudina /Mint Leaves  _  1/4 cup
Cumin / Jeera               _  1/2 tsp
Green Chilly                _   3 nos.
Sugar                            _ 1/2 tsp
Lemon Juice                _ 1/2 tsp
Oil                               _ 1 tsp + as needed for frying
Salt                              _ as needed
Water                           _ as needed 


1.  Coarsely Grind Mint, Jeera, Green Chilly, Sugar, adding lemon juice in a blender.



2. Add flour, salt, 1tsp oil, ground paste and make stiff dough
adding water.

 

3.Make equal size small balls of the dough and roll out to small puris.

 


4.Heat oil in a frying pan, deep fry puris till it turns golden brown and crisp .


5.Serve hot immediately.
