Ingredients
Dough
- Wheat Flour _ 2 cups
- Water and salt _ as needed
Filling
- Potato _ 2-3 medium sized (peeled and cut into cubes)
- Mixed vegetables _ 3/4 cup chopped in medium sizes (carrot, beans, cauliflower, frozen green peas)
- Green Chillies. _ 2-3
- Ginger garlic crushed _ 1 tsp
- Chilly powder _ 1/2 tsp(optional)
- Garam Masala _ 1/2 tbsp
- Cumin _ 1/4 tsp
- Coriander leaves _ 1/2 tsp
- Salt _ as needed
- Oil _ 1 tbsp
- Ghee _ (optional) as needed for spreading over parathas while cooking.
For Dough
1. Make dough mixing flour with salt and water .
For Filling
1. In a pressure cooker boil potatoes adding salt with less water .Give 2 whistle .
2. When the steam escapes open the cooker now add other vegetables and give 1 whistle.Check if the is water to boils we have added only less amount of water with potatoes.
3. Mash the potatoes and vegetables
4. Heat a kadai add oil temper jeera/cumin ,add ginger garlic saute for a second.Then add the cooked vegetables ,let the moisture if any evaporate .
5. Add garam masala ,coriander leave, salt (if needed) mix well and off the flame .Let it cool down.
6. Divide the dough into small balls.
7.Roll the balls ,keep the filling inside .

8.Now cover the filling and roll the dough again .
9.Heat the tawa and cook both side by drizzling ghee.
10.Serve hot.
