Inji Thiru / Ginger Yogurt Recipe/ Onam Sadya Recipes


Inji thiru or Inji curry is the most simple and easy dish prepared for sadya. But never underestimate this simple side dish it is considered equivalent to 100 side dishes . All the side dish prepared ,but with inji thiru will not make a complete Kerala Sadya .

I usually prepare all side dishes (or kootan) and rice . Then start making payasam, mean while you can mix inji thiru too while keeping an eye on payasam .

Ingredients

1. Yogurt  _  3/4 cup
2. Ginger  _  1tsp
3. Green Chilly  _  1
4. Salt  _  as needed



 In a small mortar coarsely grind ginger and green chilly .Mix with yogurt and add salt as needed.
