Ingredients
For Dough
Wheat Flour _ 2 cups
Water and salt _ as needed

For Filling
Paneer Scrambled _ 1 cupGaram Masala _ 1/2 tsp
Amchur Powder/Dry mango powder _ 1/4 tsp
Coriander Chopped _ 2 tbsp
For Dough
1. Make dough mixing flour with salt, oil and water .
2.Keep the dough aside.
For Filling
3.Scramble Paneer and keep aside .In a small frying pan add oil and season jeera, green chilly .
Add to the paneer .Add coriander leaves, garam masala, amchur powder and mix well .

To Proceed
4. Divide the dough into small balls.
7.Roll out the balls ,keep the filling inside .
8.Now cover the filling and roll the dough again .
9.Cook the rolled parathas on both sides by drizzling oil/ghee.
10.Serve hot with curd.
